As someone pointed out to me, I had no right to publicly insult a (unmentioned)
person who can't spell. I hereby tender apologies to the insulted, I
accidentally sent it as a forward to the server, rather than a reply to the
author.

Ah.

Apologies go out to anyone who tried to send mail to the list and had it
bounce off of me... it appears death's random postcript files caused me to
be overdrawn on my normally pretty empty 5000 block (2.5 Meg) accouunt,
causing all sorts of weird things to happen, including making it very
difficult to write this message.

To all for duplicating a message that had already been sent to the
list. My reply-to field isn't changed by LISTSERV, so I figgered that
the message had been sent to me by mistake (rather than as a
reinforcement).

Also to all for burning further bandwidth with an apology that my
stupid assumption made necessary.

Sorry about the confirm reading message but the bloody E-mailer is on
the Fritz again.

As I have said before the Dos based E-mail in overruled by the
windows based version so it becomes a real shit when you have options
like encrypt and the destination set as sender.

I will try and sort it out.

Except when you're into S&M when it's just pain! pain! pain!

Well, my new mailer strikes again. I apologize to everyone. I just
posted
a bunch of messages, and the mailer tacked on a bunch of garbage that
was supposed to be my signature file. The problem has been corrected;
(i.e. the offending program was removed and summarily deleted). I do
not
expect it to happen again.
I would appreciate if the messages between the garbage are not
ignored, as
I did not save them! :)

Thanks, and goodnight.

I just accidently hit the foward button on my e-mailer and a bunch of
letters when to I don't even know where. So if the end up on the list, my
apologies for the incovience. If not the they should be headed back my way.

Reading through my post the past couple of days has lead me to the
realization that I did not rest enough before returning to the list.

I have been way to grumpy, and I apologize for my rantings.

Special apologies to those my frustration was aimed at, namely MC23,
and DHL9.

I would like to see less complaining and more healthy, constructive
debate and conversation, but my means to communicate this were
flawed.

So once, I'm sorry, and I will endeavor to sleep and take a happy
pill before I post again.

Good day, all.

Apology accepted but I never felt like it was anything more than a spirited
debate. I was never offended by anything you said. I think, or at least I
hope, we can debate things without taking offense when someone disagrees with
us no matter how strongly.

Damnit! Can't we use the list for 10 minutes without some whiney
busibody logging on to tell us how sorry he is! Geez! I tell you,
the nerve of some people!

:-)

That's a very healthy attitude. Thanks for that.

Actually, I glanced over it and it looked interesting. (I flagged it to read
it thoroughly later). If you don't mind sending part 2....?

Okay, I guess I should say this on both lists, make this as public as
possible to get it out of the way.

This is an official apology for acting like such a bitch the past couple
of days, particularly toward Paolo and Andrew. A couple of my posts have
come dangerously close to flames, and in generally I've been fairly
unpleasant. For this I'm sorry. I've been under a lot of stress lately
that I won't go into, the least of which the fact that I've been pretty
sick and it's catching up with me. Paolo just happened to say the wrong
thing at the wrong time to me, and I reacted poorly.

I'll still be around and subscribed, I'm just going to take a couple
days' leave from posting until I cool off.

Uhm... ok, maybe I forgot to add the required smiley.

But I was grumpy too, so we're even :)

I am sorry about the double post there. But I was not aware that both of
these email adresses would work for this list and I thought the first two
wouldn't get through (my ISP got bought out and I have an older address that
still works but I don't use it often except for lists I was on when I was
with my old ISP). I have the problem fixed now.
