Come on people! Use a little common sense here! Has it really occurred to
no one that if the list does not appear to be working, sending mail to the
list complaining that the list isn't working IS NOT GOING TO HELP?!?!?

I'm tired of seeing all these "Hello, anyone home?" messages. If you're not
getting >10 messages a day from this list, the list is obviously down. It
does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out. If the list is down,
DON'T MAIL IT. Send your confusion to Mark Imbriaco, the listproc
maintainer, instead.
