I was flicking through Dunky's secrets earlier, and I found a reference that
sheds some light onto Lady of the courts identity.
(Wordsmyth to Lady)"You would have no way of knowing, but he was a strange
one even in the old world,..."
Implying that LotC is a recent born.

Also several other references that she makes sounds like an IE speaking.
