After reading the brief letters back and forth, I had a question come to my
mind. It is fairly commonly known that the next "big war" will likely be
between CAS and Aztlan...

This has been a common thread in the games here, and I wondered what, if
anything, other's had done/played out along this theme?

Umm, deniable military actions by both sides. Not that I could
confirm or deny such rumors. Trideo Free Charlotte has reported a few
things like but who watches or believes in those pirate trid broadcasts
anyway.
