They're in the back of Man and Machine, they're pretty detailed, so that's
where I'd suggest checking.

They are in M&M, as part of the "damage and healing" chapter.
If you have any questions about them, feel free to ask me about them- I
wrote them.
One thing that seems to confuse people is that, unless you use a special
effect, characters generally must take a LOT of damage before you even need
to look at any of the tables or roll any extra dice. The rules generally
only apply if the character takes some damage and rolls less on ALL the
damage resistance dice than the number of boxes of damage they take. In
other words, even if they take a deadly wound, a single "10" in that
resistance test means no chance of cyber damage. You might need to train
your players not to pick the dice up immediately after figuring the damage
they take, but most times that's all that's involved in using those rules.
