What can I say? It's not so major an issue that FASA sweated the details. No
quick resolution system will make deckers happy and the full detail system
doesn't make the other players happy. So what can you do? It comes down to
the question: "Are deckers one of the "five pillars" in your SR game?"
If so
then suck it up and live with the problems. If not, then start making some
quick resolution rolls...
