My favorite thing about the SRII is that:

It is deadly.

In the first edition wearing full body armor and carying a missle
launcher or assult cannon made you nearly invincible
(I had to call out the SWAT team each time the PC's walked around
in public) Now.. all the SWAT teams have laser systems..he he he..
and all the munchkins have been turned into swiss cheese...
