You could, I guess. People are reloading ammunition these days too, so
why couldn't you get hand-reloaded rounds in SR? But since dikoting costs
a lot of cash already, you could say that it's included in the price to
pull the bullet out of the case, and put it back in afterward. You
couldn't do it with caseless ammo, by the way.
