Okay, what I'd like to do is have the people that have various theories why
FAB does work and why FAB wouldn't work and what happens when that damn net
is dropped on the astral mage, if they could send their reasoning to FASAMike.

So far I count three theories: My theory [FAB-Net covers the mage's aura,
mage can't do anything to move it, net appears to hang in the air], David's
theory [FAB-Net falls to the ground, mage's aura shoots out like a
watermelon seed as gravity pulls down the physical component of the net],
and Ferri's theory [FAB-Net's aura and mage's aura undergo a forced
integration as gravity pulls down on the physical component of the net
(willpower struggle to see who survives)]. I hope that I've got all the
theories matched up with the names of the theorists (and that I got them all
- this has been a long, convoluted discussion, I'm sure I've missed someone).

This way, if each of you with a theory about what happens when auras collide
presents your case to FASAMike, you'll be able to get your point across
better than if I summarize (and accidentally introduce bias in phrasing and
word choice).

Now I'm off to write an introductory note to FASAMike so he'll know why
there's all this stuff in his mailbox.

Just like to point out... the third theory is the one that's actually
mentioned in the Corp Sec book (by Magister).
