An interesting question this one, I am not entirely certain as most of the
magicians PC's in my games are a bit to afraid of letting things get away
from their immediate senses (guess they were slapped just once, and the story
lingers???).

-IF- it were to happen, I would be uncertain, perhaps create assensing
modifications to keep track of the magic in question. I have heard in some
games (many not mine own understand) that spells can be sustained over great
distances, especially if elementals and/or spirit beings get involved.

Umm, Keith, actually because most of us don't desire to get thwapped royally
by some enemy or opponent at the time, and yes, Herc also wanted to learn
that one spell Webster/Farseer came up with.

Perhaps if the table used for Magic Sense from the Critter powers section
would be a way to make those target number modifications for sustaining the
spell ... say Willpower or Sorcery, with a target number equal to the force
of the spell, modified by the distance that is between the caster and the
affected party.
