One section needs to be written, and the rest has been sent to Mark for
approval. 24-72 hours, depending on Marks workload, and I'm already working
on Part III. Once I get them finished, the FAQ's will move along MUCH more
smoothly than they have in the past. I'm not going to apologize for the
delays, because I don't have an excuse. Thap me. (not the big
carp..bandwidth hog you know:)
