I don't usually rant about this stuff, but I ordered my SR3 soft cover the
DAY it went online, and almost 3 1/2 weeks later I have not recieved it.
They told me they shipped it, and I emailed 8 days later asking why it was
taking so long, and they responded by telling me the shipping notice was
inacurate, but that they had shipped it that day.

10 days later, today, i have still not received my book, and I have sent
them a few emails requesting some info regarding the shipment, and they
have not even graced me with a response.

Is anyone else having this problem? Come through for me, Fasa!!

Yup, it's been a month for me. I ordered the softback and 3 novels the
first week of August. A week later, I ordered a BABY. I got the hardbound
book awhile ago, but I still haven't gotten my first order. They said it
shipped, but it's been two weeks since that, as well.

I had a similar problem with West End Games. I order a lot of stuff when they
had their 60% sale on the web. I only recieved 1/3 of my order while they
charged my credit card for the full amount/ 2 months later and a phone call
from me finally got the rest of the package to my house.

No explaination was given.

No, not to the general public. However if you know where to look you can find
the number. Its listed in my trade catalogs.

Its also listed in the phone book; you do know the city, street, and
company name, right? What do you want, an engraved invitation?

I found it on the web with no trouble at all. Didn't know
it was supposed to be a secret.

I do not think it is, but considering that FASA has a rather small staff would
you really want to put your telephone number in the game books?

Poor guys would be listening to rule arguements all day long and never get any
work done. :)

I'll agree with that. I feel guilty for each and every minute I spent on
the phone with Mike at FASA, especially since he was paying..

BTW, FASA has kick ass music on the voice mail system. :)

Ya know, it's comments like this that make me nearly fall out of my chair
laughing. Oh yeah they do, just not where you'd expect it to be.

As in, out in the open???

Sorry to say this but I pre-oredered my copy through the local RPG book
store about 4 weeks ago and I receiived it two weeks later. FASA and the
book store guy did have some discussion about whether or not they were
hardcover or not; first we were told that there were softd then hard and
finally that they were softs but that they got one hard cover becuase they
placed a large order. IMHO, I think it's just the difficulty involved with
keeping track of small single book orders that fouled them up in your case.

Just some babbling after sifting through this SRN mail for much to long
tonight......
