There was a rather salient inter-character, or intra-party conflict in my "old
group". Doctor Doom, as I have mentioned previously, was poised for a death
feud with the resident Cat shaman, who had slighted him. To him, it was a
matter of honor that should she e'er provoke him again, he would kill her.

It is important to note that this disagreement did not hamper the day-to-day
actions of the group, merely proper characterization.

My only other similar experience was my decidedly brief flirtation with the
Paranoia game system...most of the adventures of which rapidly devolved into
juvenile displays of gratuitious exchanges of laserfire and fission grenades,
driven by a incomprehensible desire to "off" the other participants previous
to the conclusion of the introductory briefing!

NOTE: Those of my associates who are Paranoia devotee indicate to me that
this qualifies as a "good" session!
