Um... NO!

Unless M&M specifically says otherwise, the rule from the BBB3 still
applies:
"Laser sights may not be used with a smartlink system." p.281, BBB3

Someone please tell me that there's nothing in M&M that says that
Smartlink-2 is cumulative with any bonus from a laser sight. If it
really does say that, I'm gonna have to cancel my order.

Don't worry, p.31 and 32 of M&M doesn't state that it CAN be used with a
Laser sight, it only talks about a rangefinder, so for all intents and
purposes, BBB rulings still stand.
