It's somewhat longer in PAoE, and adds more detail. For starters,
unwilling victims are allowed a resistance test, and it talks about taking
damage as a result of moving too fast (though it's not mentioned how much
this damage actually is :( ). Also, there's a mention that Movement may be
applied against a number of targets equal to three times the critter's
Essence.
