In regards to part 3). True they are Munchkin, but I don't realy seen any
way that a PC could follow any of the Ways or Paths. And if they did they
must be plants from the Tir (Not the green leafy kind either).

As long as it exist there will be people who will use/abuse such rules. Besides
those rules are not fit to be used by a GM or PC.

I agree that such magic could be abused by the players, but the GM. Nooo
never, the GM is always right. Seriously if the GM plays these type of chars
badly, then they shouldn't be using them, I personally believe that they make
good enegmatic (sp??) patrons, or perephrially (sp??) involved NPCs.
