Thanks. :) Well, that was certainly interesting. Right now I'm typing
this thanks to the wonders of Apple's CloseView(tm) software, which
magnifies everything on your screen. I have a feeling your surgery went a
little better than mine, Mark, but overall I'm in good shape. We did the
right eye on Saturday but I was having such a difficult time with it that my
doctor decided to wait a bit before doing the left eye. That was today. He
made a few changes in procedure to accommodate my overly sensitive eyes, and
then I think a couple of miracles happened because the left eye was about
10,000x easier than the right. Unbelievable. Anyway, it's still a little
bit red and itchy (feels like there's something in my eye) and a bit hazy,
but that's going away quickly. Wahoo! I can see!

Ow! Geez! In Australia we have an invention that corrects poor vision
without the need for surgery. Its called glasses, kind of like sunglasses
without the shade. Ow!

Oh, but glasses are *so* last week... :) Who wouldn't jump at the chance
to experience the rich aroma of burning cornea? :)

By the way, if you ever want to screw with your SR players, have their
cybereyes or retinal modifications get out of sync. Gets pretty
disorienting, lemme tell you. :)
