Actually, they're not so bad, if you've got a browser capable of picking
up the fact that the previous page wasn't necessarily the frames
(Netscape 3.01 works well for those of you who care:) At the very least,
people should allow non-frames navigation in a frames-enabled page, just
like providing an ALT tag in your IMG tags for those who can't see images
or don't have a fast enough modem to do so. Still, not everyone does,
cause they usually don't have those problems if they can even bother with
using the tags:) But, personally, I think frames are kinda nice, I just
wish I could figure out some way to allow the people using my page via
frames to get out of the frames when they go to an external link.
