I beg to differ. A library\lodge rating 20? Um, AFAIK some University in the
UCAS has the best in North America, and it`s level 12. And that is funded
(probably), by several Megacorps and their researchers. I know for a fact that
Germany, being extremely good at Hermetic Magic, considers a library of 8 to
be among the best in Europe. I doubt very much that you will ever get anything
higher than 6, and even that rivals the most sophisticated hermetic libraries
in private possession. In my games, I don`t allow libraries\lodges above 6 to
be in private possession, and even those are very difficult to get by. The
bestt way to access a good library is to enroll at University or enter a good
Magic Circle.
