I don't think I'm being treated badly so far, the flexible working
hours are nice, first company I work for with a decent cantina with
cheap food, drinks are free, and I'm satisfied with the money. I guess
it depends which side of the fence you are.

Strange, they must do things differently on this side of the pond.
They're not easy to get, but I know quite a few people who managed to
get whole series of them. As soon as I'm there for 6 months I'll give
them a try and see what's the story with them.
