The Tir Na Nog Paths are unique, and players really shouldn't have access
to them. And a Tir elf is only going to have cyberware if they are
following the Path of the Warrior.

As for the motivation... the magic isn't just something you have, it's
something you are. It affects your thought patterns and your way of life to
an immense degree. To paraphrase the Grimoire, a magician is a person who
is devoted, heart and soul, to the magic. Anyone else is a mere dabbler,
and dabblers don't inititate.

I'm not going to argue the decker... But deckers like that kind of stuff. A
fully active mage isn't going to go for heavy mods.
