The security tally carries from RTG to LTG to PLTG, why not
from PLTG to PLTG? Especially when they're within the same
system. The only instance I know of where you can get rid
of your security tally is when switching from RTG to RTG.
'Course, I'm only about 1/3 of the way through VR2.0.
Which rule are you talking about?
