I think if we keep it more "subdued" and a LOT less "cartoony" and
no
inside joke crap, it would get FASA-approval alot easier. Like Manx
said earlier, something that promotes both the GAME and the LIST,
without getting a bunch of "Huh?"s. Granted, we'd still prolly get
questions no matter what (and I always dread "what's a roleplaying
game?"), but the more approachable people are, the better, IMO.

I got a weird question once when I was wearing my 1995 tshirt. They
thought Shdaowrun was some kind of event that went out where people ran for
a good cause. After I laughed for a bit I had to explain what SR was to
them and the first thing they say is..."OH! Like Dungeons & Dragons!"
Ugh...I usually just tell them yes...but in the future. :)

We don't have to worry about FASA aproval..we have a long standing
agreement that we can pretty much do what we want for the llist
shirt..but the DLoH gets one for free..
