I'm a fascist (and SR1 at that)?

I'm far more upset with playing with the Shadowrun background than
with the rules system. And I was at least getting the new main rule
book to bookend my collection. I'm upset from what I'm hearing the
difficulties on getting a LTD edition (I had no luck with my friend who
went to GenCon). Of course it might only be worth getting the basic
book from Amazon anyway (which I can do later on) but still.

And I do want to see the quickstart rules online that was talked
about. Those pre-release F.A.Q.'s did nothing to explain what's really
going on and made all of my fears and suspicions worse.
