rules. I'm just throwing this out so that people can comment and so I
can see what people think. Here goes:
According to the Base Target Number chart, spells that affect magic
have a target number equal to the target's Sorcery skill rating. This
strikes me as odd, does it you? The question I pose is this: Why is the
target for spells affecting magic equal to the Sorcery rating (ie, how much
the target knows about manipulating mana), rather than his Magic Attribute
rating (ie, how well magic works with the target).
Comments are requested (in this case mandatory :), flames will be beat
with a thick blanket.
