You know in Cairns ramen costs between $8 and $15 a bowl. A steak dinner
costs that much in a lot of places, sad really, the one redeeming feature of
the stuff and they get rid of it.

It tastes pretty good...to a point. ::laughs:: I still enjoy it occasionally
myself...but when you have to live on it you get pretty sick of it pretty
fast! LoL!

OOOOOH. AKA Pot Noodle in the UK, right? That puts a whole new spin on
things. I have lived on them in the past, and know a few tricks to turn them
into cuisine, a true mark of the (former) batchelor.
I was thinking of real ramen, which is soup with slices of pork and a few
vegies in it. The Japanese version of hamburgers.
