Cybertech says on page 57 that a level 1 synaptic accelerator can be
integrated with a MBW system, in effect allowing a character to get up to
5D6 initiative dice.
Level 2 can't be done _yet_, though this was in '56... It would make sense
that if level 1 can be combined with MBW, so can level 2, after they've
refined the techniques a bit (i.e. learned how to do it).
