After the ed of the cold war the massive ammounts of prepositioned
mechanized and armored equipment in the European theater as well as the
mass's of reforger level at staeside. It became cost prohibative to keep
such a large standing armored force. Particualrly when you consider fuel
use. So basicaly after the gulf ended and the left so much crap in the gulf
they formed one huge division in europe and another in the states and called
them Legacy in regards to the legacy of the cold war.

Korean Augmentation to United States Army. Normaly a rich kid able to get
out of normal military service and get 'sham' duty with Americans.
