Uhh... Sorry. That should have been 7S, not 7D.

Well, I regard the damage level as overall stopping power, and when
you're unarmoured, getting hit by a Casull round (<grin>) is not very
healthy. On the other hand, the penetration shouldn't be so high.
Now, I simply decreased the power by 2, increasing the damage level
by 1, but with rifles, that would reduce their damage level to L, so
I left it at M.
Besides, assault rifles are made to wound people, not kill them, neh?
This still sucks rocks, but is better than the old SR codes...
(Oh yeah, and IMC APDS ammo lowers the damage level by 1...)
