Tzeentch has actually put together a formula for converting Essence to HC,
using the formula backwards you get (HC(in D6)x6)/10, so 2D6 HC = 1.2
(2x6, 12/10= 1.2). However, I'm not sure if the conversions are supposed
to work backwards, especially seeing as eyes and arms cost the same in
CP2020.

I guess, and you can't get around it with ambidexterity either. However,
fitting extra cyberarms with gyromounts, laser sights ect. can counter a lot
of modifiers.
Which brings me on to another question; can a street sammie blistering with
weapon mounts fire all of them with a cumalative +2 TN per weapon fired as
described above? The rules in M&M don't seem to say.
