A few people have mentioned problems unzipping files. While I havn't
tried any of the files that were mentioned, I've come across a similar
problem with other ones.

The basic problem is that the new files were created with a new version
of Zip, usually Pkzip 2.0, and the unzipping program only knows about
v1.0. Since the v1 program doesn't know that v2 even exists, it belches
with an obscure error message.

Maybe this helped...

Note, I am not using pkzip, I am using hte version of unix. I don't know
the version number off hand, though.
