This was actually the reson for the two term limit, since they were afraid
the incumbent would just keep getting voted for out of habit if nothing else.

The first ten are still the bill of rights, and they edited some right into
the constitution.11th-the rights of a citizen will not be denied due to race
or creed. 12&15-expanded powers of state and local power13- recognizes
contracts between corps and their employees legally binding (corps can
extradite contract breakers) 14- SINs
no mention about corporate extraterritoriality as an amendment or anything
though
