I had an idea, that I used in a campaign, but I don't really know if the
mechanics would really work. Is it possible to anchor a spell like hellblast
to a low level spirit and have that spirit hunt down someone and discharge
that spell? Kind of like a letter bomb only astrally? Any ideas?

Er, I think that anchorings can only be placed into specially crafted and
enchanted foci. This precludes placing anchorings in living creatures. OTOH,
you could put an anchoring in your dogs collar... This, of course, wouldn't
work with a spirit that needed to demanifest, as the anchoring focus
wouldn't go with the spirit.

The closest idea I can think of is a variation of the "elemental rocket
launcher". The ERL is a high force elemental who's order is to "sit in this
tube, and when someone activates this button, go to whatever the tube is
pointed at and destroy it". With this idea, you could summon a watcher and a
high force elemental. You'd the order the watcher to "find person X" (the
new finding people rules for watchers are rather vague), and the elemental to
"follow the watcher and kill the person it finds".
