great dragon Kamalkahn was placed in charge of Aztechnologies Calfree-
Northwest, something else screwy was going on.
It seemed that the dragon population in Seattle was beginning to grow, slowly
at first, and then as time passed, and once the Tir invasion ended, the number
of dragons within Seattle stabilized. From a known number of 3 to 4 dragons
living stably in Seattle (Arleesh, Kamalkahn, and a few lesser dragons), to at
least 25 or more dragons.
Lone Star, Eagle, Knight Errant, UCAS military, and the mega's security
personnel were all having heart attacks as the number of free flying dragons
began to be spotted in and around the Seattle area. They were fighting
amongst each other, roaring, even defending parts of the city which it
appeared they had laid claimed to.
In addition, Aztechnologies has beefed up their security in and around the
arcology, not only because of their involvement with the Tir Tairngire mess,
but also because for some reason, their boss has ordered security to be
increased. So, the arcologies security is now going around in the typical
garb worn by the ACS when in Aztlan, full Light Mil-Spec Armor and Ares Alpha
Combat Guns.
At the same time, a squad of 10 Interceptor category fighters from the Toltec
(while in the Pacific) and 4 Heavy panzers are now at the beck and call of the
arcology, at a Aztechnology owned airstrip inside Seattle. And every
Intelligence agency in the world is scrambling to get people to take a look at
the darn things.
But, getting back to the dragon situation, eventually, a local news station
manages to bribe one of the lesser dragons into giving an interview and
telling the people of Seattle and the world just what the frag is going on.

(Reporter) "Sir, thank you for coming onto our show and answering the
question on everyone's mind this evening in Seattle."
(Sormnyr) "You are welcome."
(Reporter) "Getting to the point sir, why are there so many dragons in the
area?"
(Sormnyr) "Easy, Seattle is the site for the males to prove themselves for a
female that is nearing the time of mating."
(Reporter) Staring for a second at Sormnyr, then he recollects himself. "If
I understand you correctly you are all here for a mating ritual."
(Sormnyr) "Yes, do your ears need cleaning?"
(Reporter) "Ummm, no sir, they don't." A brief pause, "any chance you
could
tell us which female dragon is in heat sir?"
(Sormnyr) "Sorry, there are several in the area, and I do not know which one
as of yet as they are both in seclusion until the time for them to fly is
right."
(Reporter) "Any idea when that will be sir?"
(Sormnyr) "Not a clue. And our interview is at an end. Goodbye."

The dragon who is in heat is Arleesh, the great feathered dragon from Bottled
Demon. And she is going to be ready to fly sometime in mid-January of 2061.
However, to complicate matters some, thanks to Mr. Kenson, Arleesh managed to
bug out of town, headed for some place unknown using the SR3 Physical Mask to
protect herself temporarily until she was able to get away from the city. And
she has, and K or I have not figured out where she is hiding at the moment.
Though I am leaning towards New Orleans just so that the invasion of New
Orleans by Aztlan takes on an entirely different meaning.
