Okay, out of this whole "Magic sucks-no it doesn't" thing, Tinner did have
an idea I would really like to expound upon.

He's right in that most of us love SR, and the products FASA creates and
sells to us. But how many of us tell FASA that? Some of us that have AOL
accounts check out the GCS boards and tell FASA we liked/disliked this
product or that, such as the recent spate of postings telling FASA how much
the free Earthdawn CD was liked and appreciated. But that's a relatively
small forum.

We have several hundred people on the SR lists or something, right?

I would suggest that everyone of us send an e-mail to FASAMike@***.com this
week and tell them what we think.

Tell Mike Mulvihill that we really liked the Election plotline. That we
can't wait for the update books (SR3 (I'll get just to have everything in
one book), Seattle 2 (gotta see how it's changed) the Cannon Companion
(YES!! GUNS!!!) and the other planned books). That we like the SRTCG and
we're glad it stayed true to the RPG. That we hope they can attend other
conventions, like the ComicCon, so that we can meet the FASA team. And so on.

Please.

Let FASA know we are out here, that we buy their products, that we are
loyal. Take five minutes out of your schedule and instead of replying to
this e-mail, write one and send it to FASAMike@***.com.

As an alternative (while I think the above is a good idea), go out, buy a
FASA product, and fill out the response card inside and send it in.

Cash is the best way to show appreciation.

Agreed. Which is why I buy nearly every SR product the week or day it is
out. And which is one of the reasons I buy the SRTCG; I don't actually
play the game, I only try to collect the rare cards, but I figure my extra
few dollars helps FASA, if only a little.

But then again, I'm one of those weird consumers that can be very loyal. I
play paintball, and I'm in the middle of shipping my paintgun back to the
manufacturer so it can be upgraded...for free. Tippmann has got my
support, and I tell anyone that'll listen to buy their paint guns.

I'm also an Apple fanatic, but I guess everyone has their flaws...;-)
