I never heard anything about Africa as a sourcebook.

The Middle East is covered in Shadows of Asia.

It's an old rumour, and it used to be on the shadowfaq page. The shadowfaq
has however changed, but you can find old copies at http://www.archive.org:

http://web.archive.org/web/20041018134910/http://shadowfaq.dumpshock.com/products.html

The list can also be found in other languages on the net:
http://www.venus.dti.ne.jp/jmuto/sr-old/products.html
http://www.fortunecity.com/rivendell/cyberpunk/369/roleros/net/shadow.htm

IIRC it was one of Nigel Findleys proposals, and since he has been dead for
quite a few years I don't think you should expect it at all.
