Yes; any hand to hand weapon can be made as a weapon focus.

I would rule no, as a GM; that is, yes, you can wear your spiked gloves,
but I wouldn't give you any bonus to distant strike because of them;
killing hands would be debatable. As a GM, I could go either way. If the
killing hands power was described as the adept knowing exactly where to hit
a person to to killing damge, then I would allow the gloves to help.
However, if the killing hands power was described as a mystical force that
surrounded the adepts hands to make any blow into a killing blow then I
would not let the gloves help.

It is a possiblity that lends more to a cinematic style of battle than a
down to earth gritty kind. Both of them are good, just different.

Which kind of stopped the idea I once had of making a crowbar weapon focus
dead in its tracks :(

I would say it doesn't work together. Killing Hands is for unarmed
strikes, and although fighting with gloves on is usually considered
unarmed, these gloves are weapon foci -- IOW, weapons, which means you're
not fighting unarmed anymore.

The latter view is the one I hold, because the first one should be
possible for non-adepts as well. And since I'm Chipeloi's GM... *GMG*
