I just read something in The Grimoire(2nd ed.) that pertains to the
decker discussion. It was saying that deckers are a lot like mages,
whereas, they have to dedicate their lives to their craft. Deckers are
a different bunch, but, highly useful for recon before a run. Our decker
is real good at gaining control of a buliding's systems for our use.
Fun things like, security cameras, elevators, alarm systems. She's
good at what she does and really doesn't like going out on runs. She
is invaluable to us anyway. IMHO, every group needs a good decker
as much as a good mage.
