Here I go, responding to myself... You should hear me when I'm home
alone... :)
I'm going to take back part of what I just said above. While it is
technically correct (in my way of looking at things, AAR), I overlooked one
detail. The Creator Idol has no modifiers for any type of spellcasting,
which tells me that shamanic adepts following Creator cannot cast spells.
(They get a bonus for conjuring hearth and city spirits, though.) In light
of this limitation, I would rule that shamanic adepts following Creator get
unrestricted access to all concentrations of Enchanting.
How's that?
