Depends what you mean by a 'way'.
If you are thinking of the Awakenings stuff well its on about
shamainic/Hermetic approaches to Physical adepts.
There are also the ways or looking at each of these, which as per
Awakenings are simply roleplaying, however.

If you look in the Tir Na Nog book you you will find 5 'ways' that
aren't just roleplaying the 5 path magical groups give very serious
game advantages (though for trying to play them as PC's the baggage
is even worse, fortunately for sanity those folks are HARD)

Yes you can follow ways like that and even beyond, all ED characters
(well normal PC ones) are adepts (read magician in SR) and follow
ways, which are described in more deteail in 'The Adepts Way' book,
supplementing the basic way/Discipline descriptions in the Ed main
rulenook.

Small problem with that in SR:
The magic levels are far far lower than ED, so this sort of thing is
kind of hard to use yet, and well beyond easy discovery unless you
just happen to already know because you got trained in the forth age.
Now
Try first finding someone that knows about that sort of thing, he she
will probably be an immortal elf, have fun trying to pursuade say
Harlequin he ought to tell you something not let you work it out for
yourself :)

A few notes.
