OK, hypothetical situation.

Street sam gets wired reflexes-3 with the trigger. Unfortunately,
he's easily faster than everyone else and inadvertently destroys game
balance. The player wants balance, but doesn't want to get rid of his
wires, so he reasons that if the reflex trigger can turn off his
wires, they can also be used to adjust the settings in a reflexes-0
(off), wired reflexes-1, wired reflexes-2, wired reflexes-3 sort of
fashion.

Is this plausible?

So, what you want is a set of wired reflexes with a dimmer switch?

Um, more or less...yeah. A dimmer switch on your wires, so useful for
a number of reasons...only one of which I can think of right now...

I don't see why not, but I'd rule that it would cost more essence,
maybe another 0.1 or 0.2. The main thing is, why wouldja want to do it?

Explain how it might exist in a game mechanic and have it exist in a balanced
method, and sure, it would be plausible. What kind of cost(s) were you
looking at if you did it?
