As Adam mentioned a few messages ago, the new listserver hardware was
finally installed this afternoon and I've been furiously configuring and
have the list software installed as well. I would like for as many of you
who can to join the ShadowRN list on the new server and send messages back
and forth as you would on RN. I need to determine whether or not the
current mail delivery software is going to fall-down under the kind of
load that we routinely generate or not. You'll also get a jump on being
subscribed to the new list and not have to worry about it when we go
live with the real switch.

To subscribe to the list, you have a couple of options:

1) Send mail to shadowrn-request@*****.html.com with the word "subscribe"
in the body of the message.
2) Go to http://lists.html.com/mailman/listinfo/shadowrn
The DNS entry for this may not be propogated everywhere. If you get
an error trying to access the URL listed above, use the following:
http://206.246.237.2/mailman/listinfo/shadowrn

Please send me mail if you notice any peculiarities or have any problems
with the new server. I want to get things ironed out so we can plan the
real move as soon as possible. We're still at the 500 user limit on
Listserv Lite, and that's hampering the growth of the list.

Thanks,
-Mark
