What, Pong? Great game...an old Atari one, I think...

God, I hope it's released for Windows soon...I'm only worried that my 486
couldn't handle it...

I've got Super Pong, which Atari released in (I think) 1980 or
1981. Its got two built-in paddles (anybody remember _paddles_?), and
four versions of the classic.
History lesson: the original Pong was written by M.I.T. students
in the mid- to late-fifties, and was a bank of about ten red L.E.D.'s,
each of which were wired into an ENIAC-type computer. The lights would
turn on and off in sequence, switching direction if the correct button was
pushed at the correct time.
Hell of a long way from the original L.E.D.-based Pong to even
today's primitive virtual reality games....

Mark (The listowner AKA Fearless Leader) probably changed some settings and
was just testing. He's allowed to do that..without him, we wouldn't have a
list..well, it wouldn't be on iTribe.net without him.

I was wondering as well. Tried to start a few threads here, not much luck. Guess it is the
holiday season.
Did you know the guy who invented ping died some weeks ago in a car accident? really!

When I say a software is uninstallable, do I mean you cannot install it, or you *can*
uninstall it?
