Subject: [ADMIN] Replying and snipping sigs

I've noticed recently that a few people have started quoting the person
they are replying to in two places, the standard (And preferred) "On such a
date, Bob wrote:", and then by including a small portion of the persons sig
that includes his name, often with <snip sig> above and/or below it.

Please either do one or the other, and including the persons name at the
TOP is much prefered. Including it twice, or even just once at the bottom
tends to mess up the flow of the mail, and wastes space -- not much, I'll
admit, but IMO enough to be annoying and redundant.
