Subject: [ADMIN] Snipping posts

I've noticed a lot of posts lately where people have been leaving in two or
three previous posters replies to make relatively short comments that
really didn't need that much extra text included. There's also been a few
cases lately where posts have had replies placed on top of the quoted text,
and that's specifically prohibited in the posting guidelines.

For those of you unfamiliar with the guidelines or those who are thinking
"Gee, I wonder if he's talking about me?", please take a peek at the
