Or better yet, perhaps a rule needs to be introduced in SR3 that drops the
Availability by a rate of one per year, until it reaches *half* of what it
started with (note that this would only apply to new equipment, not things
like H&K 227s which have been around since 2050-- or earlier).

Maybe then the Vindicator rotary LMG won't be harder to find than a Victory
or Vigilant.

There is a ruling in either the old RBB or the FoF about stuff dropping in
price by 5% or 10% (forget right off hand) every year after the first.

I think the Vindicator is that way because of 'demand', meaning it can be done
as a "hand-held" and lots of people out there will want it as a "big
gun" for
their character.
