1. Just saw an article in the technology review from MIT.
It had a small micro plane. The article is located at

Another similar article was popinted out by another

With all of these micro drones being developed in the near
future what types of small drones will be available to the
rigger in say the year 205X?

Could a rigger use something like these drones to distribute
listening devices in a location as part of some reconnissance
operation?

2. Has any one developed the specs for using a water canon
to hinder the opposition without doing any physical damage.
My thoughts are that the water canon could be used by itself
or in conjunction with other non leathal weapons such as
tasers and gas grenades to stop people without doing
physical damage.
