You'll find some info on Brazil (Amazonia) in Harlequin.

The only place I remember seeing anything on the Middle East is in the
metahuman variants in the Companion (SR2, I haven't gone through all o' the
SR3 Companion, yet). I think it was for the Gnome variant.

Gnomes inhabit Central Europe (would this mean the Balkans? I guess
that's Eastern...) and Asia Minor (I don't recall immediately what
region this is. India?). The hobgoblin, an ork variant, is the
Middle-Eastern race.

Bad news for you boyo... the 8th amendment only applies to
the USA government and, through the 14th amendment, to USA state
governments.
Us private individuals don't have to worry about it at all.
So, would you prefer an adult-sized chair or a child-sized chair? <g>

Besides, didn't you know that Barney is Dunkelzahn's way of
getting humanity primed to see Dunkelzahn as basically a harmless if
annoying media personality? <g>
