C-Punk dealt with this in its fanzine. Some of the ways that AI escape
were negotiating processor space with other net entities (AIs, Deckers,
etc.) and my other favorite sporing. Then they could prop up in all
kinds of new ways and with differing personalities over time.
A decker's part time, sometimes independent, NPC ally/partner in the
net. That makes for some really good adventure possibilities. And maybe
opens up the matrix for other players. Someone can run it for the GM
and make the matrix a place for all the players to play not a diversion
or pizza break while waiting for it to end.
What do you think?
