Seeing that two of the above are obviously alien races, you should start
by defining these races, just like elves, dwarves, orks, and trolls are
defined. (ie, the predator has Thermographic vision etc...) List what
special attributes each "race" has (ie thermographic vision, acid blood,
dermal armor, claws etc..) . The tough part is deciding on stat modifiers,
it is obvious that the predator is stronger, tougher, faster, and probably
smarter than humans, but there is really no obvious disadvantage in the
stats department other than possibly charisma. It may be necessary to
make an exception to the "give them as many disadvantages as advantages"
rule to make these creatures as tough as they are in the movies.
Once that is determined many of the creatures other attributes can be
either determined by skills/profession or by nifty gadgets. (in my opinion
I wouldn't necessarily make a predator a physical adept, since it is obvious
that he gets a lot of his abilities from tech items.)
Coming up with the t-800 is tricky, and probably requires you to make
up rules for robots (let's face it, T-800 is not a cyborg, just a robot
chassis disguised as a human. It could technically be called a cyborg, but
it only relies on the flesh for disguise, not for functioning.)

Anyway, here are some suggestions in game terms:

Race: Predator
(I'm loosely basing this on a troll)
Body +4, Strength +3, Charisma -3 (he's ugly and not much of a talker)
Willpower -2 (Needs some kind of disadvantage for game purposes, makes him
susceptible to spells)
+1 reach (obvious) Thermographic vision, Claws (treat as spurs)
(note: I have not given him dermal armor, I assume that he would have
some sort of body armor rather than thick skin.)

Allergy: Mild(possible moderate) to earth air (remember they usually wear
a face mask with those air tubes)

Tech: A camoflage device, treat as an invisibility spell of power 4.
devices battery is like a magicians mental condition monitor,
have the device check for battery drain after every 1 or two
minutes of continuous use. When battery goes dead, device fails.
(assume the device has stats equal to 3 for any rolls needed)
(I use magic rules here since it is easier to adapt existing rules
than make new ones)

Armor: Either some sort of armor suit or a protective energy screen
amounting to 6/4 protection.(ballistic/impact)

Gun: The weapon has a laser scope and equivalent of a smartgun link.
Carl Weathers, unarmored took more than one shot to kill, so I'll
give it a damage rating of 12S4/6M2 (same as a Heavy MG) and no
autofire capability. (Carl got a serious wound first , loss of arm,
then dies on the next shot, IMHO he got real lucky since everyone
else died on the first shot, ie jesse the body)

I'll leave the other toys to your imagination

Skills: Give him Atheltics 6 with a concentration in climbing
firearms/armed combat/unarmed combat all between 5 and 8
depending on how tough you want him in each individual
area.
Biotech 4 he can take care of himself and probably has a
medkit good enough for a bonus of about 2 on die rolls
Stealth 6 you don't see the eyes of the demon until he
comes a'callin'
Military Theory tactics concentration, land specialization
I'll give a base level of 3

Alien: I'm keeping in mind that they are not as individually tough as a
predator, but can still be really nasty. They tend to work in groups.
This is just for the basic alien, not the queen, and not the so called
"face huggers"

(based loosely on Ork stats)
Body+3,Strength+2, -3charisma (if they even have charisma)
-2 intelligence (they are individually dumb, but manifest a "hive"
intelligence. -1 willpower, Being more like an insect colony, they would
have lower individual will.
Low-light vision, claws (spurs), dermal armor(2) they're tough but can be
knocked out with a good burst of autofire.
Acid blood: When wounded, they spurt acid. Anyone within Hand to Hand
combat range (say 5 feet or so) gets sprayed with acid when the creature is
wounded by a puncturing/cutting weapon. All affected must roll a resistance
as if they had been hit (only count impact armor). The acid has a damage
code of 6(wound the creature received)2. The wound recieved is the damage
the creature recieves after resistance test/dermal armor etc. ie, drake
nails an alien with a gyro mounted heavyMG, and after flubbing it's
resistance tests, takes two serious wounds. Drake now has to resist
two wounds of 6S2 code. Drake has bad luck, and battered impact armor from
a hard day of fighting these damm things, and fails to reduce the wounds,
and falls down dead while his companions break for the APC.

Since they don't tend to use tech, give them a fairly high unarmed combat
rating.

There are two additional problems the Predator should have, I think:
- Vision: Thermographic *only*. Predators (from the first movie) seem
to see exclusively based on heat patterns. In situations without
heat differentials or their own source of illumination, a Predator
is blind.
- Vulnerability/Allergy: cold. The first movie strongly implies that
Predators need a very high ambient temperature to be comfortable;
cold weather (say, a blizzard) is likely to kill one in short order.

In a four issue comic series, the Predator went against some Soviet
troops in cold climate conditions, and did rather well. I don't think
that cold weather would likely kill it.

In Preadtor I, the young native girls explains to Arnie that it is
attracted to heat, because of the violence, and in Predator II, it
comes to L.A. because of the heat and the violence.

The best advice I could give on how they work would be to read
Dark Comics because they have some great stories about Predators
(and Aliens, and Aliens vs. Predators).

BTW, did you guys notice the Alien head in ths ship of the Predators
in Predator II?
